This soothing cap gets 5+ stars as Iβve been dealing with hereditary, severe, chronic migraines the past 15 years that worsened. My headache specialist Neurologist recommended a cap like this. Pros: very soft material, lays flat in freezer since it does not have those tiny icepacks inside, covers top of head too, can put over eyes or pull up if I have make-up on. Iβve even worn it in the car. I appreciated the instructions sheet and I even brought this on a recent work trip as itβs compact and even putting in a mini-fridge worked well.I usually donβt put it over my eyes so I can try and be mobile/productive when IF I can with a headache, but you can adjust it to cover your eyes for maximum comfort. I can work remote now wearing this weekly because I found it even helps PREVENT my headaches. I even put it on my knee after bumping it on my night stand. Iβll try the warm option like a heating pad in the colder months.My husband likes it to cool down especially in the summer months. He occasionally gets stress headaches and said itβs soothing and cools you down faster than anything in the hotter months. It fits both of us just fine. Cons: none so far.Having 2 to rotate is ideal. An affordable, quality, comforting product that actually works and seems to hold up well after several uses. I highly recommend it.

Wore this when I was suffering from a migraine recently. I have another cap similar with bulky gel packs and this one is far better comfort wise.
It slides on easy and stays. Iβve only kept it in the freezer and used during migraines and it stays cold for a while >20-30 minutes.
Iβm going to buy another one for sure.
If youβre looking for another product to reduce the pain, Iβd recommend giving this product a shot!

Thank you , just used it for the first time, amazing. Woke up with a migraine, ugh, made my was to the kitchen & retrieved it from the fridge. Almost as soon as I put it on , I felt relief. So all I can say is thank you !

This is super easy to use, gets all the right spots on the head without multiple ice packs and condensation dripping all over the place. I might even get a second one so I can alternate them. My boyfriend got me this for my migraines a couple weeks ago and I have already used it so many times. Even just for a few minutes of relief before going out to run errands makes such a difference.

I get migraines and was just able to try it out. You just pop it in the freezer for an hour or so then take it off and pull it over your head. The cool sensation was very nice. There are many similar products where a beanie or cap has several pockets for 'blue ice'. It's very good while it lasts.

I purchased this at the recommendation of my doctor for my increasingly frequent migraines and holy moly! This has drastically reduced the amount of pain meds I have to take. I just pop this bad boy on and about half hour later I'm pain free or at least its at a tolerable level so that I can function. I do have to wear an eye mask under it because it gets far too cold on my eyeballs but other than that I love it! I would live in this thing if it would stay cold forever!

It fits really well. Very comfortable. Somewhat heavy. But nice quality. I heated for 45 seconds in a 1200 watt microwave. Only a few spots got warm and 2 spots got really hot. The top has no gel so no heat on the top of your head. I will keep trying because it is such good quality. Maybe longer on less power will be more even heat?? If you want it for cold I am sure it would be an excellent product.

I bought this as a backup for a more expensive mask I got. Honestly I think I like this one better. Yes, I love a deal! I also love that this is enclosed on the top like a real hat. Itβs comfy. I have migraines and sinus headaches every day so I use this mask every day. I find it very relaxing. Iβm so glad I found it.
The one downside is that I wish the coldness would last longer because I have so many migraines but I just keep a few of these in the freezer so I can swap them out. If anyone needs to get me a gift - get me this please!

Does the job I just wished the compression was slightly more firm and that it stayed colder longer. I left in freezer for several days and once I placed on, it stayed really cold maybe 20-25 minutes. I would recommend getting a backup to switch out with because they get cold again pretty quick! I have to pull down more around the base of my head to get the back of my neck and less off of my eyes that I felt were too cold. This is just preference where my pain is located but works great!

Do not hesitate! I ordered the 2 pack and so glad I did! VERY comfortable, gets super cold without getting stiff. Material is soft, gel stays soft and comfortable. So happy I have these for migraine days like today!
