Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Mophonic ships from different locations depending on the product type.

  • Products shipped from the U.S.: selected ready-to-ship products may ship from our U.S. inventory.
  • Handmade press-on nails and personalized gifts: these items may ship from Vietnam/US/UK because they require handmade preparation, personalization, quality checking, and separate handling.

If your order includes multiple product types, your items may ship separately and may arrive in different packages.

How long does order processing take?

  • Products shipped from the U.S.: processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
  • Handmade press-on nails and personalized gifts: handling time is usually 2–4 business days before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or if order details need to be confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

  • Products shipped from the U.S.: delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Handmade press-on nails and personalized gifts shipped from Vietnam: delivery usually takes 6–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, seasonal demand, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on the product type, shipping origin, destination, and shipping option selected at checkout.

  • For handmade press-on nails and personalized gifts shipped from Vietnam: shipping rates may include standard and express options depending on the destination.
  • For other products: available shipping options and fees are shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping: orders over $70 may qualify for free shipping where available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Mophonic currently supports shipping to selected international destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product type and shipping origin.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Due to the international shipping restrictions, products on our website are not available for the following countries:

  • Iran
  • Cuba
  • Sudan
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Ukraine

Order & Tracking

What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number and order details.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

When will my tracking number update?

Tracking details may take up to 1 business day to update after the carrier receives the package. In some cases, several days may pass between tracking scans, especially during customs processing, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by entering your tracking number on our Track Your Order page.

Why did I receive more than one tracking number?

If your order includes multiple product types, your items may ship separately. For example, a product shipped from U.S. inventory and a handmade press-on nail set shipped from Vietnam may arrive in different packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@mophonic.com. We can only cancel or change an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, has been personalized, or has shipped, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at shop@mophonic.com. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, rerouting, or successful delivery to a corrected address.

Press-On Nails

Are Mophonic press-on nails handmade?

Many Mophonic press-on nail sets are handmade or hand-painted. Small variations may occur, especially with detailed artwork, 3D elements, chrome effects, cat-eye finishes, pearls, rhinestones, or personalized-style designs.

Why do handmade press-on nails take longer to ship?

Handmade press-on nails require additional handling time because they are prepared, checked, and packed separately. These items may ship from Vietnam and usually require 2–4 business days for handling before shipment.

How long do press-on nails take to arrive?

Handmade press-on nails usually require 2–4 business days for handling and 6–10 business days for delivery after shipment.

Can I return press-on nails?

For hygiene reasons, press-on nails must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Worn, applied, altered, or opened press-on nail sets may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Personalized Gifts

How long do personalized gifts take to process?

Personalized gifts usually require 2–4 business days for handling before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the product type, customization details, and order volume.

Can I return personalized or customized items?

Personalized or customized items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please review all names, dates, spelling, design choices, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within the return window stated in our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging included.

Some product types, including press-on nails, personalized items, and customized products, may have specific return restrictions.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please email us at shop@mophonic.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the next steps if your item is eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Do you refund shipping costs?

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a confirmed error on our end, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
