Refunds, Return & Exchanges
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Defective, Broken, or Unusable Items:
At Mophonic, we strive to provide products of the highest quality. However, we understand that sometimes items may arrive defective, broken, or in an unusable condition. In such cases, we have the following policies in place to address these situations:
- Replacement: Our first course of action is to attempt to replace the defective item at no additional cost to you. We want to ensure that you receive a fully functional product that meets your expectations.
- Refund: In the event that a replacement is not possible due to supply constraints, we will offer a refund for the defective item. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make sure you are appropriately compensated.
- Exception: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, address, etc.
After you place an order, we will promptly send you a confirmation email that includes important details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, and shipping address. It is crucial to review this email carefully to ensure all information is accurate.
- Order Processing: If everything in the confirmation email is correct, no further action is required on your part. Your order will be processed and shipped automatically.
- Correction Window: If any information in the confirmation email is incorrect, please notify us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will gladly make the necessary changes during this window. However, after this 6-hour period, we regretfully cannot modify or cancel your order.
Refund or Exchange:
Our refund and exchange policy is designed to address situations where products arrive defective, broken, or not in usable condition:
- Eligibility: We only provide exchanges or refunds for items that meet the criteria mentioned above. We kindly request customers to provide evidence of the damaged item and the shipping label of the order.
- Refund or Replacement Process: Upon receiving your claim, we will thoroughly inspect the returned products. If they meet the qualifications for a refund or exchange, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product accordingly. Damaged merchandise or merchandise that does not meet the requirements cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Incorrect Address: It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. If an order is sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.
- Return Requirements: In certain cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item to us to receive a replacement. However, if a return is necessary, please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Condition: Our products must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging.
- Timeframe for Claims: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our policy lasts for 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
As the customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for lost returns.
Cancellation of Orders:
If you wish to cancel an order, please promptly notify us by sending a cancellation request to email@example.com. To ensure successful cancellation, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Keep in mind this is very important. After this timeframe, your order will have undergone processing and preparation for shipping, and we will not be able to cancel your order.
